Service description
Offermore is a financial health monitoring tool for businesses. It connects to Xero to surface insolvency risk indicators and financial ratios. Offermore does not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice. Metrics are for informational purposes only.
Trial and billing
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Pricing is listed on the pricing page.
Prohibited use
You may not use Offermore to circumvent insolvency obligations, misrepresent financial position, or for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
Offermore is provided "as is". We are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the dashboard. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
